giving for good fargo

Every dollar donated across the Fargo region is making a difference for local patients, families and employees. Through philanthropy, lifesaving care is offered close to home at facilities like the Sanford Roger Maris Cancer Center, the Sanford Broadway Medical Center and the Sanford Children’s Hospital.

Last year, we put $6.3 million in philanthropic gifts to work across the Fargo region. Read more in the 2023 annual report.

Local Priorities

Philanthropy is an integral part of the care provided at Sanford Health. The Sanford Health Foundation in the Fargo region plays a crucial role in supporting specific programming for patients and staff, upgrading essential equipment, and funding special projects tailored to meet the needs of our communities.

The Peltier Lodge

With your support, we can move forward on construction of the Peltier Lodge, an on-campus lodging facility designed to provide patients and their families with a home away from home during treatment and throughout their outpatient care and monitoring.
