Following the devastating floods in northwestern Iowa during June 2024, Molly Larsgaard, a community liaison at the Sanford Canton-Inwood Medical Center, turned to the Employee Crisis Assistance Program to replace damaged furniture, flooring and to support her displaced family during the repairs.

“My family and I are so incredibly grateful for the help from the Employee Crisis Assistance program. I feel very blessed to work for an organization that recognizes when employees are in need and actually goes something to help.”
