Making miracles at Walmart and Sam’s Club

May 24, 2019

Last year marked a major milestone for Walmart and Sam’s Club associates, customers and members from across the country as they celebrated raising more than $1 billion for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

Yes, that’s billion with a “b”!

Since 1991 — when Walmart and Sam’s Club first opened stores in the area — they’ve helped raise more than $3 million for local kids through Children’s Miracle Network at Sanford Children’s Fargo. In 2018 alone, stores in North Dakota and northwest Minnesota raised $270,000 at the register and through special events during the fall fundraising campaign.

2019 campaign

Starting June 10, every dollar donated at Walmart and Sam’s Club will benefit even more sick and injured kids at Sanford Children’s Hospital Fargo.

Giving is easy.

At checkout, make a donation of $1 or more. Or, you can participate in any of the creative fundraising events at your favorite Walmart and Sam’s Club locations in North Dakota and western Minnesota. Every dollar of your donation will support sick and injured kids at Sanford Children’s in Fargo, the region’s only Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.
